Your Chemical Peel Procedure
Before your peel, you will need to avoid using topical Retin-A products for at least 48 hours. Do not have a peel if you have taken Accutane in the past six months. Once you are reclined in one of our comfortable treatment chairs, your skin will be cleansed, and you may be given goggles to protect your eyes. The chemical solution will then be carefully applied to your skin. If you have a deep peel, you will be given an anesthetic before the peel is applied for your comfort. Once the peel has done its work, your aesthetic specialist will either wash it off or add a neutralizing solution.
Chemical Peel Results
Once your skin has sloughed off its old outer layer and produced new surface cells, you should see a visible improvement in its texture and radiance.
